Homemade Cream Corn

This is the yummiest recipe for cream corn, I found it on the internet and modified it so you could find the ingredients in just about anyone's kitchen.

Ingredients
10 ounces of frozen Corn Kernels
1 Cup sour cream (any type fat free or Regular)
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1 Cup of Milk (if you use Fat Free add 1 more tablespoon of flour)
2 Tablespoons all purpose flour
2 Tablespoons of Butter

Directions
In a dish mix flour and milk together, add flour a little bit at a time until it's well mixed and set to the side. In a skillet over High to Med heat combine the corn and butter. Cook until the the butter has melted and corn is thawed. Then add sour cream, salt, sugar and pepper, mix well. Add in milk and flour mixture cook and stir until cream corn starts to boil. Take off heat and let it sit for 5 min to thicken.

*Leftover tip* If you have leftover pork roast, cut it up into 1 inch slices (the size of a pork chop) and line the meat in the bottom of a casserole dish. Pour the cream corn over the top of the pork and reheat in the oven at 350 until the meat is hot.
