I get phone calls all the time from friends and family saying "this is what I have in my fridge...what should I cook for dinner?" So I've created this blog, not to stop the phone calls, because I love them, but to add another resource for cooking ideas. I cook at least one homemade meal every day because I love to cook; it's so easy to do and yes, anyone can do it. I hope you love this blog; if you have any ideas, recipes you want to share or found a way to make my recipes better please share!!!
